No doctor ever tested or diagnosed me for Add because my presenting symptoms are ocd depression, anxiety. but i wonder if my very bad lack of focus and trouble concentrating, staying on task is all the depression- cant enjoy anything lot of time. This all gives me more anxiety, if ive Wasted years undiagnosed!! all docs and nps ive seen dont seem concerned at all about adult Add. Im scared.. my symptoms are so complex, u could throw in mood instability as well..

I have some sense of what you're getting at here, InfiniteSadness. Although I've seen quite a few mental health professionals over the years, I've never had any testing of any consequence & I've never been given anything in the way of a diagnosis. I'm just treated as though I have depression & anxiety, which I do. I know there's more to it than that. But all that ever happens for me is they just open the medicine cabinet, so to speak, & say: "Which pill do you want?" At this point I've just given up.
Thanks for this!
