That is really bad/sad, especially considering the fact that if you buy a pet food you expect it to be good, otherwise they wouldn't sell it right? Unfortunately they do sell bad petfood. Over 39,000 Pets Died from food

I'm so sorry, Muffy, and everyone who's had a pet die or get sick from this event. And we keep hearing different things, or maybe there were multiple things--it's hard to keep track of what's going on--from accidental to intentional.

And I've thought the same thing, Echoes. With terrorism and all the fear we have to deal with, we don't need these kinds of things happening. If it's true that someone intentionally increased an ingredient in the pet food to create more protein and make more money, I am furthermore sickened by the greed that we keep seeing in big business.

You should be able to trust the food we buy, including the food for our pets. What if it were baby food? I know some foods and ingredients come from other countries, but how about we start limiting the countries from which we get our food? Yeah, we might miss out on some things, but if a country is known to harbor terrorists and those who wish to harm us, or who are so greedy, they'll sell weapons to our enemies, isn't it in our best interest to not give them our money or trade with them?
