I don't know what kind of a mood I'm in today. I'm just scared about life right now. There's a lot going on and I don't know how it's all going to turn out. I wouldn't say that I am in a good mood, but I don't know if I would say bad mood either. A mixed-up, crazy mood, maybe. I've got my T appointment this afternoon. I'm very glad and want to go, but it's kind of scary, too, in that I know that I'll be more anxious and not quite right while I'm there. I wish that I could talk to my T for longer times or more often, on-call or on-demand. I'm in kind of the mood where I wouldn't mind an all-day session today. Don't think that will happen, LOL. I'll take what I can get and enjoy my time.

Oh yeah! An on demand therapist would be great, especially a free one ... I hope your session goes ok and your T helps. I could write a bit about my former T here, but that is probably not a good idea Scared of Life I am feeling pretty scared today too ... Hope you feel better soon,

Hugs,
Fuzzy

sigh My T was 15 minutes late and ended the session at the usually quarter to the hour. We only talked for 30 minutes! Of course, it was billed as 45-50 minute psychotherapy. Of all the days for this.

I can so relate to you today, Ink. I am so sorry that your therapist was late and ended early. That used to happen to me with one of my old t's. Finally, one day, I got up the nerve to say something about it. I really needed a full session and it just spilled out. It was really uncomfortable but it happened much less often after that. I hope this new day is better for you. Hang in there! I will too. Annie

I sometimes get scared of life myself, afraid of what the year will bring, will something happen? Will I be able to handle it when it/if it occurs? Willl I be happy, will I find a job?

Try not to think so far ahead, try and live in the present, and think postive, I know it's tough to do, but say something postive to yourself everyday if you believe it or not, if you do it everyday your brain will register the postive and you will start to feel better. The mind is a powerful thing.

Take gental care of yourself, I definatly know where you are coming from hon.
