Today at school we had a Spring party to celebrate the end of the semester and we had a dessert contest and the winner got a free computer. I WON!!!!
I am so excited. I get to pick it up after school. It is sitting down in the student center just waiting on me to get done. I am very excited..I won 2 things today...the computer and a door prize. Maybe this week won't suck after all. Jbug

I made the super brownies. I will google the chocolate suicide cake and see if I can find it.
Super Brownies are brownies topped with peanutbutter topped with chocolate pudding topped with whipped topping and drizzled with chocolate syrup. Talk about a sugar rush. Jbug

Here ya go for the cake. I put frosting on top instead of the powdered sugar. But don't put too much batter in the pan or it will fall when you take it out of the oven.
Chocolate Suicide Cake 2 cups all-purpose flour 1-3/4 cups sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1-1/4 cups water 1/2 cup oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 squares unsweetened chocolate 1 bag chocolate chips 2 ounces chocolate fudge pudding 2 eggs In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pudding. Add water, oil and vanilla. Beat until mixed thoroughly. Melt unsweetened chocolate on low heat. Add eggs to melted chocolate. Beat mixture again. Add chocolate chips. Beat mixture again. Pour into 9-by-13-inch greased and floured cake pan (metal pan only.) Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or ice as desired.

How many entries were there? That sounds like such a neat prize; did you have to pay an entry fee or anything at all or just bring your brownies and get everyone overloaded on sugar so they voted for you? :-)

There was a few competitors and no entry fee just bring em and get the instructors hopped up on sugar LOL. My instructors were the judges. Miss Murray didn't try them cuz she's a diabetic and knew it would throw her over the edge.
