So I don't know what the problem is. But I get so distracted with the thoughts in my head. I start to panic a little
I'm not sure how to prevent this. I can't control the thoughts That I get. What should I do?

Sometimes we just have to mentally slow ourselves down. Have you tried writing down all your racing thoughts? Maybe if you put them on paper you can go down a list and a decide how to handle them. Sometimes writing them out can also help with the bad thoughts.

I also get these unwanted thoughts in my head. I'm fighting to stay positive. When a bad thought comes I tell it to "Shut up" or know that it's not true. When I think about harming myself I think about people's reactions and my future and that helps stop me. Keeping myself constantly busy distracts me from bad thoughts. I don't know if I'm helpful, but I'm starting to become more positive. I wish you the best.
