This video is geared toward health care, but it is a good reminder that we never know what those around us are struggling with. They might not smile; they might seem like they aren't paying attention; they might seem unfriendly or even outright rude . . . but there is probably a story behind them that we can't know. I know for myself, this reminds me to have patience with those around me, to realize that I am not the only person struggling in this world, that I might need to have some empathy for those unknown sufferers out there around me. Everyone has their burdens to bear.
