Hi

Sadly, as depressed people. We all have to deal with our twisted heads. I have to also waking up in the morning with symptoms of anxiety or depression I have to keep dealing with them till they go. Perhaps you would like to consider giving yourself the same love and support you would to a friend feeling exactly as you do. We do have to accept ourselves the way we are it is all we can do while working to improve. I hope and pray today will be much better for you. Take care. God bless and best wishes from your friend Francis
Thanks for this!
