Hello,
I am currently diagnosed with bipolar disorder and possibly add , however a couple years ago I had an incident where I fell down some stairs and ever since then I have felt slow and not the same as before . The simplest things seem stressful now and I get overwhelmed really easily , does anyone have any advice to offer cuz the symptoms are escalating things like memory loss, easily confused , OCD starting , feeling like my brain is empty , brain gets tired easily , restless sleep, panic attacks , troubles keeping up at work , errors at work , etc . I'm very concerned because the only time I feel okay is at home doing easy chores that don't require a lot of thought so yes thoughts or advice would be much appreciated ![]() |

If you are concerned go to a doctor and explain what you are experiencing. They should do some testing to find out what the issues are.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. Have you seen a doctor about your symptoms? Also, are you sure you tripped...might you have passed out, then fallen?

I have seen a doctor family doctor thinks its just stress but still referring me to a neuropsychologist for testing so hopefully they can pin point the issues an correct them with the proper therapy . Thanks for listening and for everyone's support .
