I don't know what to do. I've called all the crisis lines I can find for my area and they are all busy.

Wait a few minutes and try again. Is there anything you feel like talking about?

I finally got through. I think I am going to go to the hospital tomorrow and try to get admitted to the psych ward, but I don't have any clean clothes to bring with me so I'm doing some laundry right now. I think I am going to have to drop out of university and go on disability because I've pushed myself as hard as I can but I just can't cope with the demands of my practicum and my course work. I literally cannot organize my thoughts enough to start working on assignments and I'm already behind on reading and assignments. I just look at everything and am totally paralyzed. I spent hours yesterday and today trying to get some work done but I can't gather my thoughts and focus.

Wow, that's a lot. I just woke up and need some caffeine but I wish you the best of luck.
