and if I think of it now I have suffered from the same....both terrible students and difficulty focusing on things...
Her condition is not severe and I do not want to medicate her (she is 15 in Feb)

if you suspect it, reseach it. there are many strategies you can implement, even without meds, to help her be more successful.
