is receiving a high risk ultrasound.
Please, please keep thoughts and prayers with her that they find everyone with little Jonathan to be OK as far as they can see? I'll update as soon as I know. Thank you, KD

(((Hugs))) what is the high risk part, the ultrasound, or is it done for highrisk patients?

Sorry, sky. yes, it's much more sophisticated for high-risk pregnancies.
Oldest had to have one too because she'd just miscarried the month before. It showed that her uterus was heart-shaped, cervix was fine, etc. as well. It just shows alot more with alot more definition. Shoot, with oldest, it showed the baby's feet just like a real baby and she was only 11 wks...baby was only 1 1/2 inches long! KD

Thank you everyone!
Our little Jonathan is so laid back already. He's not real active inside her and slept the entire time they recorded him! They couldn't see the thyroid.  They pushed on her and moved him around but he wouldn't move for anything! His little hands crossed at his chin.  The radiologist said the only real fear immediate to birth would be that he have a goiter so large that it interfered with his airway but they don't suspect that because he shows no signs of hyperthyroidism. They'll have to do another. EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKS PERFECT! He's due Aug. 30 and is right on cue with size and weight! That's a miracle because alot of grave's babies are small. Everything...hearts, lungs, kidneys, head, brain, eyes, nose, mouth, hands, feet, legs, everything including placenta looks great! Let's celebrate PC!!! I said I would dance a jig when she makes 7 months...28 wks. That's Thursday! Umm, I won't share that part because I CAN'T DANCE!  Thank you so much for the continued prayers and thoughts. Please keep them coming!!! KD

Sounds perfect KD.. So glad everything is ok!!!! Sounds like everyone is doing their job great to make sure this little fella has his best chance at life. You've got an amazing family and team of doctors watching out for her and Jonathon. I just wish ya'll didnt have to go thru so much. Keeping you guys in my thoughts and prayers.

I forgot to tell y'all... Daughter has been on the increased auto-immune meds and the beta-blocker and even though the beta-blockers and PTU can make one really tired, the help they're giving her causes her to feel more energy already because her heart's not racing and palpitating so much...just after a few days. She doesn't collapse after just going pee, and she actually took a shower without feeling like she needed to be rushed to the ER, THEN went straight to the movies. Of course it was hard on her to do that, but before it would've been impossible. Prayers and thoughts and energies have played an important role in all of this. Thank y'all so much! KD
