My t did a tapping exercise with me at my last appointment. It took a few minutes to complete. She said it came from eastern medicine and was supposed to tap/activate certain parts of the lymph nodes, I think… I'm wondering if anyone knows what the name is for it? The card she gave me just says "Touch and Breathe (TAB)" but I've been trying to look for a video of it on youtube without much luck. I want to try the sequence again but it was sort of long and hard to remember.

Hello phoenix31: I think that tapping is a part of the larger practice of acupressure. Below is a link to a YouTube video where tapping is used as a treatment for motion sickness. Hopefully it will get you off onto the right track.
