I know I've posted this just a few days ago, but I hate being bored. And that's what I am right now. When I am bored, I feel depressed. I'm also PMS'ing, which just makes me feel worse.

I can relate to the PMSing..... when will I learn to stay away from people during that time.....

Hi Judith,
I agree, bored and depressed is a crummy combination. One feeling tends to contribute to the other. Have you thought about what you might like to do? Reading has always been a salvation for me when I'm feeling bored and depressed. Sort of takes me away to another world for a while... Don't EVEN get me going on PMS'ing. ![]() I hope you feel better soon! Take care, Okie

Judith, sorry you are struggling right now. Maybe you could come up with a new craft or read or…? Although when I am depressed it seems like it is near impossible to motivate myself to start a project. AAAhhh…I really hate to be bored and depressed too.

Hi Judith,
So sorry that you've got the blues. Reading, crafts, getting out and biking, window shoppping, a drive, watching a movie, and electronic solitaire keep me from ever being bored. Depressed, yes; bored, almost never. I hope you find the right combination for you!
