I've been made aware of, or found myself, a few incidents of links that have have been hijacked with the obscene, gross or vulgar. It appears that's going on a lot lately on the WWW.
If you run across one of these links, please notify a mod/admin immediately and we'll remove it. Another issue that I just witnessed today is that an image link was hijacked, and instead of viewing the cute picture that was originally posted, I was viewing vulgar and gross. Today I was showing my little man the cute and funny pics and was horrified at what was on the screen. ![]() It was by no means the intent of the poster, but that the link to the image had been hijacked. In this case as well, please contact a mod/admin immediately by reporting the post, or if one of us is on you can PM. I just wanted to make you all aware. I can think of at least one way to make sure that images aren't hijacked and that would be to first save them to your computer, or to a free site like photobucket, then post from there. If anyone has further suggestions or comments, don't hesitate to post them here. Thank you! KD __________________ ![]() |
