I feel i internally shake from the pain. Its a very uneasy feeling.
Its like i would like someone to hug/squeeze me to stop me from internally shaking. So i lose control of my arms and they kind of try to reach out to someone that isnt there trying to make "them" stop shaking. My arms do tremble a bit.
Anyone else?
Hugs from:

I see you are in italy. here in america we have many mental and physical health problems that cause uncontrollable spasms, twitching and body tics. most are what we call neuromuscular diseases (physical health problem not mental but does sometimes affect a persons mental wellbeing) one example is Multiple Sclerosis. many people with this (like me) have uncontrollable spasms, twitching, numbness and many other symptoms. and no its not a good feeling. sometimes my wife will hold me and that can help.

here in america mental disorder wise some people (like someone I know) has the feeling like they are shaking, twitching all the time. their treatment provider called it anxiety and psychosis because nothing showed up on the physical exams and for her it only happened when she was having anxiety problems.

a normal situation here in america where people go through this is called a physical problem called withdrawal. here its quite common for people who drop off their meds unexpectedly or use drugs and alcohol to g through the physical and mental sensations of shaking, twitching, ticing.

my suggestion is talk with your treatment providers. they will be able to help you discover why you are experiencing these things and get you treated for it so that you will feel much better.

I wish I can give you a real hug to make your shaking stop. What are the thoughts that cause you pain? Do you follow with your therapists? You said once that you want to change him/her? Did that help?

IDK if my info will help but I guess it couldn't hurt .
If I have a really bad panic or anxiety attack I will shake , once in a while I will have a spasm or tremor but I believe that is just really bad stress /anxiety

When I wake up in the morning sometimes I will have uncontrollable shaking but once I'm up and about it stops... I think in my instance I may be over medicated from night the before's sleeping pill. I am starting to cut back on the pill to see if the shaking stops or lessens.

If you are taking medications you may be having a side effect. You might want to just get checked out and have that peace of mind. Take care

Sometimes shaking is a natural symptom of trying to release stress. All animals do it. People do it to when they want to "shake things off" -- its quite natural when people feel trauma or intense emotion.

There are some really effective therapies -- Trauma Release Exercises and Bioenergetics that are solely focused on shaking and how that relieves one of stress. Check em out on Youtube.

That is if though its coming from just overwhelming emotions and is not health-related.
Thanks for this!
