Hey you guys,
I have had quite the bizarre experience for the past two months and I am just sure how to get things back to normal. I am trying so, so hard. Not sure how much harder I can try and I am running out of options. I am so close to the end here and could really use some support!!! This is just LIFE - isn't it?

Hard to respond without knowing the situation but I will give it a go.

Consider what is the EVIDENCE for continuting the status quo and what is the EVIDENCE FOT NOT continuing the status quo. This has always helped me when I am anxious or depressed. It is one of many coping strategies I have learnt in CBT - which may be helpful to your situation whatever it might be. More than anything else, this form of therapy greatly improved my sense of self-worth, confidence and esteem.

Nevertheless, I think you are in the right place. There are all types of and ideas floating around here that help with coping. I am sure everyone who reads your post has a sense of your pain.

Life doesn't have to be so hard, it just seems that with mental illness that it is. Keep fighting.
