Yes indeed.
Funny you should post this today. I just got off the phone with the lady who owns the Hearing Dogs of Florida, they have agreed to train my new dog for service. Psychiatric Dogs? And we will begin in August once I'm back from my trip! That means by Christmas, Caleb will be traveling WITH me on the plane and all! Psychiatric Dogs? That's if he learns to put aside his puppiness at times of importance Psychiatric Dogs?

Kewl dogs eh?

when i first graduated with my psychology degree and went to work in a psych hospital, i took tippy with me. the medical director had met him and asked me to bring him.

he was absolutely wonderful and i read every book that i could find on the subject.....but that wasn't needed. tip seemed to know who needed him and who to seek out and "deal" with, in his way. he was a fabulous success and helped many patients cope when they couldn't deal with me or other patients.

i think the idea ROCKS.....

Fayerody,

Tippy was so special!!!!!!

I think my little dog, Gracie, is a physical therapy dog. Psychiatric Dogs? When I came home today from physical therapy she licked me where I had pain. Where would we be without our wonderful four-legged friends. Psychiatric Dogs?
