And enough time alone for a short while without the hum drum of busy life to discover what's really important to you, what your values are and what you truly deserve

When you are doing something you really love to do, you get this warm feeling of 'this is who I am' and feel so right.

I fully admit it did not occur until I was manic and had a thirst to experience all I could. Only afterwards did I figure out those things truly important to me. I had spent all my life until then quietly living my life according to what I assumed others expected of me. Of course this took a great deal of money. I'm really not sure if I ever would have discovered who I was elsewise.

Basically living through experiences-emotional, physical, and mental would be my best guess. I would think that'd be one of my most general conclusions about the matter. All of those do come with the bad stuff and the good stuff as well. Even with the bad stuff you can look back on it and be like, "if I didn't go through that then I wouldn't be who/where I am today."
