Some of you who know me well are aware that I have a brother who is a disabled veteran. His disability is due to his mental health problems. He is bipolar.

For the past seven years he has lived about thirty miles from me and we see each other often. I have seen him struggle with his highs and lows and have seen him improve his life tremendously. I'm so proud of all of his hard work.

Recently, I started a blog and encouraged him to write about his struggles with depression. He is doing that and his articles are getting much more attention than mine are. (according to our site stats on GoDaddy)

I would love it if some of you would support his writing by reading his articles and making an occassional comment. He has come a long way and like most of us, he still has a long way to go but I am so proud of him now for his ability to express himself at last. The blog is listed in my sig as His & Hers if you are interested in supporting this guy I love so dearly. (I'm attaching his picture to this post.)

Darn it! When I try to visit the page, all I get is a blank page! I'm very sure it's due to some setting on my computer--in fact, I think it's happened before and I figured it out, but since I was without my puter for a couple of months, I've forgotten some stuff. I'll have to figure it out later; I was able to view the blog (cached) via Google, though, and it is really great of you to do this for your brother.

Thanks everyone who visited the site. My brother is a good guy and he does things for me too. He is 5 years younger than I am and is 6' 4" tall.
