I dont know how many of you ask themselves why you are alive each and every day, and what to do yourselves, but i do, and even though i havent found an answer yet, my T has helped me realize i should focus on minor and easier goals to achieve, doing them one step at the time and day after day. i've also realized that him but me neither can find arbitrary answers for me, so i should just let them come to me. not as goals of life but as goals to make me happy in the present/nearest future. am i making any sense here? i wish so much there was a living manual here to help me out now. i dont feel i have any goal. not one at all...

do you have some of these minor goal to share and inspire me please?

Sinking, try going through Dr. Tucker-Ladd's online book and make it your manual? It has questions and exercises and lots of references to research if you find something of particular interest, etc.

One of my goals is to exercise at least 30 min. per day on my recumbent bike. Right now I'm up to 5 days a week.

What about just surviving, day by day, hour by hour? That's where I'm at, just trying to make it through the next 60 minutes, then the next after that, and so on. If I look too far ahead I feel overwhelmed and can't function as well.
Thanks for this!

I do, getting out of bed in the morning is one of the hardest things. But I'm too stubborn to give up on going to work, so that seems to help. I don't know if you work or not, but maybe having an obligation that you feel strongly about would help?
