i am in so much pain i can barely feel my body. i havenot been able to shower. i still cant. any advice

If you have a psych or therapist I'd go see them, especially if you're super bad off. It may be hard, but I do think you need professional help to get you out of this episode. Just my humble opinion. I hope you start to get help and get better. Hugs
