There's something about being anxious and depressed that makes me feel starving like I haven't eaten in years and I can't help it I just ate a sandwhich a yogurt and my stomach still feels hungry. Why is it everytime I am depressed and anxious I get so hungry.

I understand this completely. I have no motivation to do anything no matter how hard I try. The most exercise I get is walking from the parking lot at work and back to it at the end of the day. I used to walk twice a day at work. I have not done that for weeks. I am an eating machine.

Luckily for me doing yoga I have seemed to tone parts of my body so at least I am no longer gaining weight but I think I have found what I can do whenever I feel down and think I am hungry. Stare into a candle whilst doing yoga it relaxes me everytime

Maybe you have parasites that are causing the depression and anxiety.
Maybe you have a vitamin/mineral/enzyme deficiency that's causing the depression and anxiety. Maybe both.

Yeah I do wonder actually but I don't know how the doctors would test that I heard there is such thing as pyrolla that can cause depression because of not having enough or too much zinc but normal doctor thinks that's a ******** diagnosis.

Doctors don't get money is you go another route, it's that simple.
You probably want to ask on a forum like curezone how to go about the testing. It's usually a stool sample

I would also like to mention that when I live in Madeira (portugal) I don't seem to get as sick as I would in Australia like the food here makes me sick but when I am in Madeira its fine what does that mean?
