Are you on meds that make you tired? Are you depressed? I would get my thyroid checked.

Hi, Have you had a complete physical with all work-ups?
Labs, mammogram, PAP, colonoscopy and any other warranted tests?
Please have complete medical work-ups with all preventative tests/services as well.

Do you exercise?

Do you eat a balanced diet?

Do you have something(s) to look forward to?

Do you pursue your interests? What types of activities bring you joy?

Do you have support from family/friends?

Definitely get a check-up. You might be anemic.

I agree totally!

Ive been feeling like that for 6 months. It wasnt until 1 month ago when i got a second opinion from a pdoc who ordered tests. Guess what, severely anemic and low thyroid.
I thought i was just really depressed.

Get tested for everything!
