When I was young, I used to pinch younger children that were complete strangers. When they started crying their mothers would come and ask what happened. I would also pretend to be concerned and ask what happened. Looking back now, I am worried as this was clearly not a normal behaviour for a female 7 years of age.

are you still kinky? This early show of sadism maybe for attention only... I am a masochist but it show early while reading a sci fi story I had an orgasm where a sadist (woman) was torturing a man. (yes sci fi story) - what happened at 7 either carried over or you are suppressing it. Are you interested in role-playing, bdsm etc ???

Back to the actual question. The rest of this just isn't appropriate.

This is a bit alarming. I however chalk it up to several things; a cry for attention as well as a need to control something in your life. If I am reading this correctly, I am guessing that you lacked both these things at the time.

The fact you have concern and apparent remorse for this points away from psychopathy - or at least that is my figuring on the matter. As, these things suggest an understanding they were wrong. You don't mention still having urges to hurt, another reason I have made this conclusion.

Do you hurt people as an adult? Do you have urges to do so? If you do not, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think it is related to "kinky," IMO.

If it remains on your mind, talk to a therapist. I think that may benefit you.

From a layperson, I think we test limits on our behaviors as children. It's part of our development and is fairly normal.
