I wondered if anyone could give me some insight into this: I find it extremely difficult to impossible to find help, treatment and support.
I read all the proposed initiatives the government puts out, I have spent hours and days reaching out to absolutely anyone or anything that could help.
I worry for people who are in worse shape than me; and I worry about me getting into worse shape because I can't imagine how anyone can expend the amount of energy it seems to take to get better.
Do others find there's a huge disconnect?
Is there something I should be doing differently to get help?
Can anyone inspire me with success stories about this?
Any insight is appreciated.
