Ok so I'm not even sure if this is a disorder... but i can go with very little sleep in fact sometimes I'm better off that way. For instance if i stay up all night or get a couple hours of sleep I'll have alot of energy and be perfectly fine.... but if i get alot of sleep I'll feel exhausted. My friends make fun of me for it lol and think I'm crazy. But it doesn't effect me i just really don't need much sleep i guess... Also its not really the fact that i have a sleeping disorder and can't ever go to sleep... i just don't need it... I've always been like this, am I weird?

That happens to me sometimes too. I barely sleep but in the morning I'm perfectly fine. However, I've never been like that for two or more days in a row -and it happens quite rarely to me. How frequently does that happen to you?

I'm sorry that this is the best help I can give :/

Yes we are all weird in are own special way DaX11. I don't think its funny your friends give u hard time with it. I think if your honest with yourself it's not funny. I could be wrong because I don't have no friends maybe thats why. It's a part of therepy for depression or they have studies that depressed people do better with less sleep or some but I would go with the flow.

It also occurs to me, proper diet and early sleeping habits make me overcome this problem. I don't think it is a disorder until it shows more symptoms of insomnia.
