So I have a couple symptoms that somewhat confused means decided to ask what you all think.
1. I see stuff out of the corner of my eyes, it ranges from shadow people to shadow cats to actually people/cats that are in color the stand in random locations or move around.
2. I do sometimes experience delusions, this can range from, someone is levitating outside my window watching me to since I know this ghosts name it's going to kill me in the shower
3. I do experience paranoia such as me believing there are cameras watching me while I go about life and that if a car drive slowly next to me someone is going to kill me. This also happens with people.
Should I bring these things up to a therapist? How do I go about it? Any help is appreciated
Hugs from:

Yes, please bring them up to your therapist. Just print what you wrote and take it to them. It may be something you can live with, or it may mean some medication is in order.
Thanks for this!

Do you have a mental healthcare team yet? If not, PLEASE see your family doctor. S/he will be able to start the referral process. I think this warrants a psychiatrist not a therapist. Regardless, your family doctor will be your 'point' person in getting the ball rolling in the mental healthcare system.

Thanks for reaching out.
