I recently received a couple of "read receipt" notices in my PM box, but have not sent any messages to these particular members.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Yeah you can get a read receipt...... if you check the box for IT when you are writing the PM to another member.

Hi AS. Anyone receiving errant "read reciepts" in PM's?

I noticed that before a couple of days ago, you hadn't posted in about a month. Could it be that you sent them quite a while ago? Did you check the dates on them? After that, did you check in your outbox to see if any "sent" were there for that date?

If not, you might want to PM DocJohn a head's up and maybe he has an explanation?

Good luck and good seeing you. Anyone receiving errant "read reciepts" in PM's?

KD

Hey KD!

Yeah, those are the first things I checked, but I just thought of something: it could be that a member has changed their user name. This "read receipt" was dated only 2 days ago, but then again, I guess time really doesn't have anything to do with this.

Hmmm, strange stuff!
