So, just now, I felt a weird sort of pressure start from the very center of the crown of my head and sort of radiate through my brain, or head in general. My eyeballs are feeling weird, and can't focus on things like they did a moment ago. Everything is instantly gone a few shades more fuzzy in the vision department.

On top of that, I feel sort of...not as attuned to reality. It's hard to describe, but it feels like I'm having a derealization episode.

Oddly, just as I typed the last few sentences just now, my mind snapped back and the fuzziness is gone. Now everything on my screen is intensely bright, almost blindingly so.

Odd.

fainting spell? give thought to what you were doing physically that might have triggered an episode like this.

This is a good description of what happens when I crane m neck.

Some of what you describe almost sounds like a mini stroke.
Not trying to alarm you but I know some meds make us more likely
to have one. I know you are young but you should probably see your doctor.
Two weeks ago I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom as I walked
into the hallway I passed out cold and hit my head against the wall on the way down.
I came to quickly but I was dazed and fuzzy and I tried three times to push myself
up with my right arm and realized I had no power or control of my arm.
It passed in a few seconds and I felt fine but obviously quite shaken by what happened.
I never went to get checked out because I am a guy and always think everything is nothing.
Two weeks later which was two days ago I had an appointment with my doctor and he
thinks I might of had a stroke, obviously not a serious one but I think he may be right.
He said now it is to late to know for sure so I am going through a bunch of tests to make
sure I am not about to have a bad one. So don't ignore those symptoms and see your
doctor asap.

This could also be an anxiety attack too.

Another option, it could be a migraine headache. There are all kinds of auras that one can have from them and what you describe could be a migraine. Best to check with a doctor though.....there are a number of things it "could" be.

It's strange that you mention migraine headaches. Earlier today, I was sitting on the couch working on my laptop when my vision became slightly blurry and the screen grew very irritating to my eyes. It just felt obnoxiously bright, but not washed out, just bright to the point of causing me a headache. I then took an Alieve, shut off the laptop for a while, turned off all the main lights, but left a few table lamps on as it was pitch black outside, turned off the TV (the sound was annoying me for reasons I'll get to in a minute) and curled up on the couch with the blankets over my head. I was like that, feeling intense sharp pains whenever a sound would happen, like someone speaking, or the TV, like previously mentioned. I lay there in the dimly lit silence for a while, until my dad came home, then I went upstairs.

I feel better now, though I still get pain in my head with every noise, but that's probably because of the Alieve. I've just decided to power through this as best I can.
