I have had many people mention this elusive magic wand to me over the years. I really wish it was real, but have come to the conclusion it doesn't exist
Thanks for this!

What can you do?
Give up technology - Lose dopamine addiction, yet lose exposure to information and activities most people do.
Read books - Increase focus on one subject, decrease exposure to diverse views.
Go for a bike ride - Increase activity and body movement - decrease thought activity.
Oh what the heck, I've been like this for 3 hours, I'm going for a bike ride!
Thanks for this!
