I've heard that smoking enough of it for a long enough time can do that, if you start in your teenage years. Is this true?

Granted I've not had a health class in many many years but the last I was taught was: it can lower sperm count and make it harder to get pregnant. But when you quit smoking, with time, everything goes back to normal.
However; I know four hardcore stoners who have kids so I'm pretty sure it doesn't make you sterile.

Well, the guy I went on a date with said he stopped smoking in 2007, and claims he can't biologically conceive a child anymore.

I heard smoking the stems can make you sterile. I don't know if it's true. I wouldn't take his word for it. Use a condom.

I would say wrap it before having sex with him, personally even if he says he is so called "can't biologically conceive a child anymore." Never know these days
