You've seen pain. You've seen agony. For so long it has been a constant companion in your life. There are times when you feel no individuality away from the feelings you share. It is you.

You know this, you feel this but curse the day other's understand it. It is wrong that others should suffer as you have. It is a magnet to your moral compass and must be destroyed.

You're not stupid. You know how this works. People cannot be saved by your hand alone, but that bed sheet cape around your neck denies this to be true. You must try and save them while you suffer the realization. The realization that holds the same pressure on your chest as the wheels of a double-decker buss.

The wheels they turn and they torture you. After some time, you succumb to the teacher's lesson. These people are not yours to save. They continue to suffer and your heart breaks with every tear they shed. Feeling as though it is your fault. Your failure. You can't fix this. You could never fix them because they are people. Not engines. And you are a mechanic. Not a miracle worker.

Accepting this is your greatest challenge. Feeling these emotions and locking them inside your steel chest is your everlasting torment. Though, you have found a way to make peace. At least, enough to get through the day. If you cannot save these people from this pain, you will stand with them and beside them. You will join them in choir and sing to each other's pain.

You will feel lonely. You will feel fear. You are okay with this because they are here. And so are you.

I don't understand your post but it's how you feel and hope you feel better. I don't think I have ever seen that symbol, what does it stand for.
Thanks for this!

It's a symbol for Twenty One Pilots. They've gotten me through a lot.

Yeah. My one of my favorite songs is 'Holding Onto You'.
