So I was looking through the quizzes and found this one called Sluggish Cognitive Tempo and through all of the questions I was like, yup, yup, that's me, yup. So I researched more and found all the symptoms are literally me.
It's a shame there's not an actual diagnosis for it yet, but hopefully more research gets done.
I've always found it hard to concentrate on things, I daydream excessively, i'm always drowsy, easily bored, slow thinking, etc. For ages I've been wondering what's wrong with me and finally this could be it.
What do you guys think of it, does anyone else think they have it?

[Didn't know where to pop this]

Hmm, interesting. I never even knew about this condition but your post prompted me into curiously looking it up.

Seems that I have 11 of the symptoms which might explain a great deal as to why I have so much difficulty concentrating on things that I find "boring" as well as why I tend to feel overwhelmed easily and drained a lot.

Now if only I could get a decent therapist to work through these my many problems but money doesn't grow on trees haha
Thanks for this!
