Hi i just had a curious question is there such thing as downloading to many apps.like obssesive downloading i guess.i am constantly on my tablet or phone things i look up are usually writing apps or social apps or stuff about depression. The thing is i usually dont use them.games i delete in a month if i have them at all.all the other stuff last 24 hours or 3 or four days before i remove them and im back at the app store.good thing i only get free ones or id be broke.
Anyway i dont sleep much.i often feel sick.not saying being online is the cause but not saying it isnt i honestly dont know.ive downloaded. And deleted a lot of apps. Ive got two or three good ones it is like why do i need more depression apps more social apps more writing apps.i am lonely i admit.friends are gone.but this seems rather unhealthy and just wondered if im alone in this and should i quit?do i need help? |

This is just my opinion so take it for what it's worth, but I don't think your behavior is unhealthy. I think it's natural to want to grasp for anything that might help when we're feeling lonely and/or depressed. Is it really hurting anything to look for apps?

I always look for apps too. From virtual world apps, writing apps, motivation apps, misc apps, dating apps, etc.
I tend to keep most of the apps I download. Unless it isn't something that is useful to me. I don't think you need help. It's normal. We live in a digital age.

My apps are few and far between. But I don't have a reliance on social media either. I rarely download an app. I wish I could find a way to delete the default apps that came with the phone.
