I feel for you. I get triggered by way too many things, too. Makes life hard.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I have similar issues, I cannot watch stuff because I'm getting overwhelmed by anything.

I cry constantly! Movies are the worst, because I can always find something to get emotional about. I wish I could learn to be less sensitive. Whenever I try to become "neutral" and "stoic," I end up dialing down my feelings to the point of being "callous," which is just as bad! I can't offer any advice, but I wanted to let you know you're not alone.

Sometimes commercials make me wanna cry or make me mad .. don't be hard on yourself.

My fiance has taken to looking for Disney type movies for me cuz he knows I really like them and that they relax me. He doesn't always watch them with me, but at least I know he understands. It sounds like your husband does too *hugs* Just let him help you through it and be good to yourself.
