Hi all, its taken me a long time but I realise now I need help

some background for you

25 Year old male with aspergers syndrome

- Severe and prolonged peer rejection and bullying from ages 4 on wards
- Fear of abandonment issues centered on family, perhaps due to emotional neglect and bullying from siblings
- History of social anxiety and clinical depression

How does this translate into my life as an adult ?

- Deep insecurity that manifests in sensitivity to criticism and rejection, jealousy and possessiveness in relationships, people pleasing, putting myself down.

- Depression, Anxiety, Social anxiety, unhealthy attachment style (romantic relationships)

to be honest I feel like I cant cope at the moment. My world is so dark

And I dont know where to even begin seeking a remedy for my problems

maybe thats where you guys could advise me.

Please help and thanks

It would help to see a therapist/counsellor who specialises in Asperger's and attachment styles.
