Every night I often wake up awake. I feel there are ghosts walking around. I sweat. Then insomnia. On working day I feel exhausted. What should I do? Am I crazy?

Do you have access to a psychiatrist? I would encourage you to contact one. Best wishes.

Sometimes people partially wake up. They feel all woken up and they can open their eyes (at least sometimes), but they still dream because despite what they feel, they are not fully awake. When sleep and being awake are mixed together, you can have quite terrible experiences, but usually those don't last long.
