Hey you guys!

Tis good to speak to you all again...It feels weird coming back to the forums again after not being here for a while.

Sabau2 - I have been very well thank you, how about yourself? How have you been doing recently? I am still doing my singing lessons, except i havent had lessons for about 2 months as my tutor is ill. So im a bit frustrated and feel like things are going too slow. But it wont last forever, so i dont mind. I am starting piano lesson next week, which i am so excited about!!

Butterfly - What can i say...i always love speaking to you, you make me smile. Im not touring yet hehe...i only have one song, the tour would be abit dull really hehe HELLO!!

Canders - i have missed talking to you on MSN lately...we need to catch eachother on it at the same time, dont we!

Jinny - i doubt very much i have been missed, but thank you, i always felt accepted by you and i have missed you alot!! How have you been? PM me sometime perhaps. What kind of music is your daughter into? Here is a link to my post about my song... http://forums.psychcentral.com/showf...=&fpart=1&vc=1 . There is a link in there that will take you to my song, let me know your thoughts. That goes for everyone who reads this who would like to hear it.

Fuzzy, Fuzzy, Fuzzy...how have you been my friend? We really will have to catch up soon, right?! PM me if you like. I'd like that.

The feedback i have had from my recording has been tremendous, so positive. Faaaaaaar better than i could have ever wanted or asked for. It makes me happy to have so much support from family and friends, especially ones who didnt support me originally. Its an exciting future!!

Again, its been great to speak to all you guys again. Say hi to everyone else for me. Hope people are doing well, as well to be expected anyway. There are a huge chunk of good people here, always has been, always will.

Miss you terribly guys!!

Simon

Hi Simon,

I was wondering the same thing as Ladymacabeth. Your style in the recording is very airy....but then each recording is done with a style. I was a music major for my AA degree....while my major was flute (& diaphram is important for the necessary breathing), I also worked on choral conducting & learned some about voice (never had voice lessons).

When I auditioned for the choir, I was also told that my voice was very airy.....my voice does not come from within like it's supposed to do. I just can't get my diaphram to support my voice, so I stuck with conducting rather than singing. They always say that those that can't sing can conduct!!!!! (well maybe)

Good luck on your future in singing....it is a wonderful experience,
Debbie
