My lack of emotional restraint and self control is what causes me social phobia. How can I regain emotional control and control over my expressions in front of others?

I seem to be very sensitive to the environment.

You could be what is called a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). There is a test on-line somewhere for that and there are books about it as well. I hope you get to the bottom of it. Best wishes.
