I did it! I went to therapy yesterday and when I walked out of the building I was my usual emotional wreck. I realized that I did not have a cigarette to light up right, as I normally do, right after therapy. I had a decision to make: Walk to the right to go to the store and buy a pack, or walk to the left, hop on the subway, and go home. I walked to the left!! I made it!

Echoes, you were so right when you said the cravings only last for a certain amount of time. Thank you because that really helped me. Now when I think about smoking, I think of it in terms as a passing episode, rather than something I am constantly feelings. I knew that right after T would be one of the most difficult episodes to get through, and I did it! No smoking after therapy.
