> too much take and not enought give

Is that applied to you or to other people?

Don't you think you need to take?

Take, take, take... here anyway. Maybe after a while you will be able to give.

Tango,

I know what you mean.....over the years, I have come up with some ideas that have worked for me....I used to give 200% & then I realized that I didn't have the 200% & that it made me feel that I was the only one giving. Then I realized that I was giving more than I had to give. It took time, but I realized that I could give less & then I didn't feel so taken advantage of. I kept my giving within limits that I could be comfortable with. I could still give (which I ejnjoy doing), but I didn't feel like I was giving all of me away then.

I found it was a matter of finding the point where I was comfortable with....not an easy task, but found for me that it works.

Hope you can find a good balance for yourself,
Debbie
