...to all my pain
something tramatizing...something painful....happened to me today....i dont know...im numb...i know my shield was fragile and i was alittle weak to begin with....but now .....its gone....im so gone....where did i go.....maybe i will sit here and pretend its not bringing up things from the past....

i cant get away from it now...im terrified

i just called my x therapist for some emergency support....he said he couldnt give me any...
im feeling more alone then ever... im so scared

Inny i know the feeling of the nightmares. They suck. I find it really hard to shake them off in the morning afterwards too. I hope you feel better soon.
