Ozzie's post got me researching and I found this neat site, painrelievers.org and it has a pain stress test to see how much you somatize your pain and what that could mean:

hmmmmmmmmmmm. very interesting perna. thanks. i got 65... Pain Stress Test makes sense to me though unfortunately. and i forgot about the pain i get in my jaws when i wake up in the mornings sometimes. always put that down to stress too.

I got 73-- hey, maybe that's the cause of the all over pain. Would be nice if it were that easy. ^^;

Interesting. It seems to work both ways. When we're in physical pain, it's harder to cope emotionally.
