I often react to that question with suspicion/anger/hostility/anxiety. Sometimes I realize that it is just an invitation for me to ask how the questioner is, and I get less upset by it.

I am mostly fine, except for some arthritis pain in my right arm. I also feel good about having walked in the Relay For Life today.

Tonight I'm trying to hold my own.
I paid for a prime rib dinner and wasn't able to go. That wasn't the crux of it all, but the synopsis. Too many stressful things leading up to the deadline. I needed input from my T but he's out of town, and I seem to be doing ok anyway. tc
