I was curious what different books you all read for mental illnesses?

It can be for any illness, I just want to look into new things to read and learn more with etc.

I am currently reading a really amazing book about OCD, so once I finish I wanna move onto another book and wonder if any of you have recommendations.

Again, it can be anything, even about illnesses I don't have, because I love to learn about things as best I can.

There is a book called Uncovering Happiness that has a mindful focus and compassionate approach. I liked it a lot. The mental health issue it targets is depression.
