Hi, Iam a new member to your site, & was just wondering, if anyone could possibly help me with some adovacy sites, I may go to, or anything, I might read about getting help, I truly feel, that I am being discrimated against, by my landlord because of my Mental Health disabilities, I live in Tx. & do not know where to turn & I am really worried. Being threanted with eviction........... If anyone could possiblly help me, I would be truly grateful.........Ty, so much............ Janet Sheppard

Hi and welcome to PC. I wish I knew the answer to your problem....thats just terrible to be discriminated against because of mental health issues. Do you have any mental health agencies in your area? Maybe the Department of Economic Security could point you in the right direction? I know they've been very helpful to me in helping me with my disability. If not, maybe they could point you in the right direction? They should be listed in the government pages in the phone book. Thats the only thing I can think of.....I hope you find something!!!!
