Does anyone else ever get frustrated, cranky, unsatisfiable ect for no particular reason you can point out?

Today I woke up feeling funny, and no matter what I do, everything frustrates the heck out of me. Tried making some graphic art, got frustrated that it wasn't perfect, gave up. Anything I start I end up getting frustrated and bored by, like I can't seem to find anything to hold my interest in the slightest.

Its darn annoying, and frustrating in itself. I sort of feel like I have all these hours and nothing to fill them with..

I'm guessing this may be a hormonal thing - since I am pregnant. But I have a feeling I may not be the only type of person this happens to.

Welcome to my life, hon. This happens to me more days than not. Sometimes I'm frustrated for good reasons, but often I'm just cranky for no discernible reason. I find I usually can't let it go, either, so once I'm cranky, I'm cranky all day. It stinks, I know.

Oh Yes Frustrated at nothing in particular I know that feeling all to well unfortunately. And it is very VERY frustrating. When that happens i just put on my favourite music (Mostly Jack Johnson) and try and focus on that. It works sometimes ... but others, i really just do my best to focus on the "good" thats going on.

I feel for you. That happens to me, too, for no particular reason. A perfectly good day shot to he** and I don't know why. Sometimes it hormones, but not always.

I go through that a lot, but especially during PMS time. My mom always said that being pregnant was like 9 months of PMS! It very well could be hormonal, but it is probably a mixture of hormonal and just life in general. Sometimes nothing in particular ticks us off, but a lot of unpleasant stuff is going on and that makes us even more aggrivated at the little things.
