feel ya, sometimes screaming is all you can do... probably best to do it someplace where no one will think you're being attacked physically... every now and then i want to howl at the moon... especially the full moon... still a little caveman left in me i think... anyway hon, i hope you feel better... lots of love...

Sometimes you just gotta let it out.....the more you try to hold it in the worse it gets....then the blow up can be a nuclear bomb instead of just fireworks. I learned to never hold in my anger cause it makes me sick. Of course, I try to make sure I place my anger at what it is that truely is making me angry rather than blowing up the doggie when I'm really ready to let my husband have it. Misplaced anger is the worst...it is much better when the thing that is making you angry gets your wrath. Hope you are feeling better soon, Debbie
