I’ve put together some theories about psychology, the body/ the mind, how the mind works, emotions, etc...

I am not a professional in the field of psychology, medicine in this area, rather am a novice— just self taught, figured out. Smart and/or totally wrong ideas welcome:

Diagnoses/ conditions overlap, definitely. They diagnose with disorder A, B, and C... but they are not separate in and of themselves. They overlap, IMHO.

People’s personalities are extremely complex and are changeable depending on their environment and the others they are with.

That is, they are due to what is now called in the literature Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE), which, of course, cause great anxiety.
