What does a care coordinator do? What sort of things can they help you with?

If you don’t want them to come to your house where do you meet up instead?

Best person to ask that is your care co-ordinator. When I have met with my coordinator it has been at my place but I have also met new workers at a cafe so it's on neutral territory for both of us.
